El proyecto general del desarrollo contempla un total de 120 habitaciones para finales de 2017, de las cuales 90 estarían listas para mayo 2017; la propiedad busca convertirse en el primer hotel boutique de tiempo compartido en Riviera Nayarit.

“Iniciamos hace tres años tocando el tema de la inversión que se  iba a hacer, ahora ya es una realidad lo que estamos desarrollando, porque la meta es convertirnos en el único hotel boutique de tiempo compartido y el mejor en la Bahía de Banderas y en la Riviera Nayarit”, aseguró el director de Operaciones de Vallarta Gardens, Jesús Carmona.

La propiedad tiene tres conceptos, todos completamente amueblados y con estándares de calidad de lujo. El primero son las Unidades Reef, es el concepto clásico tipo villas con alberca privada, de las cuales hay 7 y se construirán 10 más.

El segundo es la Unidad Hamptons, es un edificio de 20 unidades, que son literalmente departamentos con recámara y estudio, este proyecto quedará listo el 15 de octubre de 2016. El tercer concepto, aun con nombre por definir, es un edificio similar a Hamptons pero de 32 unidades y estará listo para noviembre 2017. En común tendrán un penthouse cada uno con una vista inmejorable de la bahía.

“Vamos a seguir construyendo por los próximos 3 a 5 años, lo que estamos ingresando en ventas, se está invirtiendo en la propiedad, no sólo en construcción, también en mercadotecnia y publicidad”, agregó Carmona.

Entre los proyectos pendientes destaca la creación de un nuevo spa en área común, el cual quedaría concluido para mayo 2017 y estaría rodeado de una jungla en el centro de la propiedad. Además continúan las remodelaciones de las áreas comunes, áreas de estancia, albercas y club de playa.

Finalmente, Jesús Carmona exhortó al sector empresarial a siempre mejorar la calidad de servicio y atención, así como cuidar el medio ambiente y se mostró orgulloso y satisfecho, con el trabajo hecho hasta ahora de la Asociación de Hoteles y de la Oficina de Visitantes y Convenciones de la Riviera Nayarit.

Presidente de la Asociación de Hoteles y Moteles de Bahía de Banderas, y Mario Nasser, presidente de la Coparmex Bahía de Banderas, se reunieron el pasado fin de semana y acordaron trabajar juntos por el destino turístico. En la reunión que sostuvieron, Jesús Carmona felicitó a Mario Nasser por su reciente elección como presidente de la Coparmex Bahía de Banderas y reconoció públicamente que Mario ha trabajado mucho por el destino, ha hecho mucho por Riviera Nayarit y está enfocado y dedicado al 100 por ciento es a la promoción del destino

 

 

Riviera Nayarit vuelve a ser imán de los grandes eventos nacionales e internacionales, al confirmarse que el exitoso destino turístico será sede del certamen “Miss México 2024”. Según do a conocer el empresario Mario Nasser, presidente de la Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (Coparmex) Bahía de Banderas, el destino albergará el importante evento el año entrante. Detalló que, particularmente, el certamen de belleza se realizará en el municipio de Bahía de Banderas entre los meses de marzo y abril del 2024. El empresario destacó que se trata de un concurso de belleza bastante popular que le dará una positiva promoción turística al destino turístico y a la marca Riviera Nayarit, que abarca los cinco municipios costeros de la entidad. El evento promoverá también el talento de las mujeres nayaritas y les permitirá competir en casa por ostentar la corona de Miss México. El anuncio de la sede de Riviera Nayarit del certamen “Miss México 2024” se dio a conocer en el marco de la visita de la actual Miss México 2023, Alejandra Díaz de León.

 

Por otra parte, Jesús Carmona Jiménez, presidente de la Asociación de Hoteles y Moteles de Bahía de Banderas, y el propio Mario Nasser, presidente de la Coparmex Bahía de Banderas, se reunieron el pasado fin de semana y acordaron trabajar juntos por el destino turístico. En la reunión que sostuvieron, Jesús Carmona Jiménez felicitó a Mario Nasser por su reciente elección como presidente de la Coparmex Bahía de Banderas y reconoció públicamente que Mario ha trabajado mucho por el destino, ha hecho mucho por Riviera Nayarit y está enfocado y dedicado al 100 por ciento es a la promoción del destino, “como lo estoy yo”, dijo el hotelero.

Aclaró que con esta unión lo único que se quiere y que se busca es hacer las cosas bien y Mario tiene el apoyo de Jesús Carmona y de la Asociación de Hoteles también, “haremos buenas cosas juntos y trabajaremos juntos para bien del destino y de la región entera”. Mario Nasser respondió: “Estoy muy agradecido por las palabras de apoyo de Jesús Carmona, me honran muchísimo saber aunque no es nada nuevo de tu amistad y hermandad conmigo y él sabe que cuenta con todo el respaldo tanto mío en lo personal, como de la agrupación que es la Coparmex”. Afirmó: “Vamos a trabajar de la mano y vamos a hacer todo por el destino, porque aquí vivimos y aquí hay que hacer todo para mejorar”.

Hay que recordar que unos días antes Mario Nasser rindió protesta como presidente de Coparmex Bahía de Banderas y en el acto celebrado en la ciudad de Tepic, afirmó: “Aprecio la confianza de la Coparmex y del Consejo Estatal, representados sucesivamente por el director nacional, Francisco López, y por Enrique Echevarría. Aprecio también este honorable nombramiento como dirigente en la Riviera Nayarit-Bahía de Banderas. Me llevo la tarea con orgullo, responsabilidad y con el mismo compromiso de siempre”. Y finalizó: “Es un gran honor formar parte de la Coparmex, es una responsabilidad y un reto de absoluta nobleza continuar con el proyecto de la unión empresarial para un desarrollo siempre incluyente y benéfico de nuestra sociedad”.
